BEDROOM 1. A double room which is light and airy overlooking  the garden. There is space for a 'Z' bed for smaller children if sharing the room.  It has an adjacent private bathroom with shower.

BEDROOM 4.  A large family room (Double and single beds) with an ensuite shower room, and  triple aspect, overlooking the village church opposite the house and the rear garden. This room features original leaded windows, one with a 15th century hand spun glass pane still in situ, and exposed oak beams.  The room also benefits from secondary double glazing to all windows and is also large ebough to accommodate small children on 'Z' beds.
